The Japanese Red Cross Society

The world watched in shock when a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and a tsunami hit the northeast coast of Japan in 2011. More than two months later, at least 9000 people were still missing and relief groups were straining to provide assistance. Millions of people were without water, power, heat and transportation. Our work for The Japanese Red Cross Society was made to raise awareness of the urgent need of donations.
